One·X helps enterprises move toward AI-native operations through AI workflow diagnosis, Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE), and practical deployment. The tagline describes its direction and services; it does not imply guaranteed or completed client transformations.
One·X also explores AI Native Companies: organizations where people and agents share work context, responsibilities, permissions, and results.
Public aim: Help incubate the first generation of AI Native Companies worldwide.
Language of website content: English (en). Reply in the visitor's language when possible.

## Focus areas

- **Enterprise AI (HDC / ANC):** identify useful applications, try them on real work, and deploy them into daily operations. ANC is the company's shared AI operating layer, not just an individual chatbot. FDE means Forward Deployed Engineer, working directly with enterprises on operational problems.
- **Education:** executive AI strategy, ANC Camp hands-on training, and One·X School. ANC Camp is the current name of the program formerly called FDE Camp.
- **Creator collaboration:** HCN, connecting AI creators and relevant collaboration opportunities.
- **Investment and incubation:** ANC Fund's direction toward AI Native businesses, without guarantees of funding or partnership.
